Fussa Beer Restaurant

It is a sake brewer quietly hidden in a residential area 10 minutes by taxi from Haijima. The restaurant is open and you can relax. There are 4 types of lunch: pasta, visa, fish course, meat course. It was a blissful moment to drink light beer. On the way back I got a taxi.

It was very delicious, cheap, and the clerk's response was wonderful and pleasant.

Japanese-style Italian food. Loved the sakekasu ice cream and shrimp/sakekasu cream cheese pizza. Sit outside if you can, the garden is beautiful and you'll be next to the oldest beer brewing vat in Japan. Sake and beer are brewed on-site and very good! Of course it would cheaper to buy some at the gift shop and drink at home.One odd thing, they close at 9pm on Sunday, a bit early for me. But hey, this is the sticks so ;)

I came for my wife and Christmas dinner. Toast with craft beer, appetizer is assortment, sausage, garlic toast. The rest was scallop pasta and the dessert was ice cream. I asked for it in a quiet atmosphere that was delicious.

This time, I had lunch, but the salad and soup had a light taste, and the fish dish had entwined with the sauce, but I was soft and satisfied. The freshly baked bread had a very savory feel. The staff, of course, did not explain the dishes, but they also carefully explained the restaurant. In addition, there were four parking lots in Ishikawa Shuzo.

Went here for lunch. Got the pasta set meal with appetizer, salad, main course (peperoncino scallop pasta), and iced coffee. I also got the cheesecake for dessert. For Fussa, this place is a 5-star. Presentation of the food was on point. Food was good and came out quick. Would have loved a toothpick on the table and napkins, but this is Japan. English friendly! Don't forget to make a reservation. You won't get a seat otherwise.

Located within the brewery grounds, both indoor and terrace seats are very comfortable.It tastes like salt and spices and the beer goes on, but it is very high even without sake.Except weekday lunch and party courses, Saturdays and Sundays are a la carte, so if you can, you want to go with a larger number of people and share various dishes.

We went for the course menu and all you can drink micro beer. The food was delicious . We had 4 types of beer , all good . Pilsner, and pale ale were my favourites . The restaurant is kind of rustic , a very nice place. It's been run by new people for a couple of years now . The staff are friendly and helpful. You can walk from Haijima station in about 15 minutes. We taxied .

Used for lunch. Order course meals. You can choose the main from meat and fish. Considering the fullness of the content, cospa is quite good. There are many types of sake and craft beer, and it is fun to choose the one that suits you.

Awesome experience. We sat outside and it was in the middle of a beautiful garden/brewery space. Food was awesome, beer was great, service was excellent. If you’re in the are you should definitely consider dinner here.

I visited it without expecting it to be the only place to eat at a manufacturing plant or something, but in a good way it was totally different.90% of the dishes ordered were very delicious. Excellent place to get some authentic Japanese brewed beer and chase that beer with some good food! The area is nice to look around and walk through too! Call for reservations because the restaurant is small and they have limited seating
